The main living areas and kitchen are located on the second floor, while the owner’s suite takes up the entire third floor. The first floor can house any type of office or creative space. Aside from its industrial vibe, the selling point of this house is that the space is extremely flexible, with multiple options for use depending on the owner’s lifestyle. The building is extremely private, with a 24-hour concierge and a swimming pool.

The property is located in the Los Angeles Arts District. Los Angeles’ Downtown and Arts District have recently experienced a renaissance, with new indie restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and the revitalized Grand Central Market. The members-only Soho Warehouse, which includes a hotel, gym, and two restaurants, opened in 2019. Celebrities such as Johnny Depp, who owns several condos in the area, are also interested in the area. Justin Alexander and Tab Howard of the Alexander Group, Compass, Los Angeles, and Jimmy Lin of One True Loan, Los Angeles are the listing agents.
Pierre Cardin’s iconic Bubble Palace is also up for sale. The villa is 1,200 square meters in size and features ten bedroom suites, gardens, a pool, and an outdoor auditorium with a view of the Cannes Bay. Christie’s International Real Estate put the late fashion designer’s Bubble Palace up for sale before his death last December. According to the company, the price of Le Palais Bulles is only available upon request, but it is estimated to be in the range of $335 million, making it one of the world’s most expensive homes.
