Here is my weight loss story. I have been struggling with weight loss for years. I can remember when I started my diet to lose weight. I was on the fat free diet. I only ate foods with no fat in them. I thought this is great; I can eat as much as I want and I won't get fat. So for 2 months I only ate foods that had no fat or fat free foods. I went to the market looked at the box and read the front of it, if it said fat-free I bought it and ate it. I ate fat free ice cream, cookies, frozen dinners and chips. When I went out to eat I only ate the items that were either fat free or had very low fat. So my diet was going great, I didn't weigh myself because I was waiting until the end of the month to do it.
The end of the first month came along and I decided to weigh myself, what! I gained weight, 5 pounds to be exact, how can this be. I have been eating fat free. I have been putting no fat in my body. I thought to myself maybe my body needs to get use to not having fat, so I decided to continue with the diet and I would weigh myself at the end of the second month.
At the end of the second month I got on the scale and weighed myself. I gained another 5 pounds, I can't believe this, I gained a total of 10 pounds. This is not working. Wow, I couldn't believe it I asked my friend how they lost the weight.
