LIST OF FACE YOGA FOR EYES- 1) EYE ROTATION - Friends, this is a very simple exercise, in this yoga, you keep your neck and face very straight. You have to close your eyes now. Fill the breath and open the eye and focus your eyeball towards the nose. Exhale and close your eyes. Breathe in and open your eyes, now focus your eyeball towards your eyebrow center. Similarly, rotate left and right. Benefits- Your eye muscle gets stronger and improves your eyesight. Slowly open the eyes, now you breathe in and take both your eyes towards the upper right side of the corner, exhale slowly and bring your eyes back in the middle. Now breathe back and take both your eyes to the Lower left side of the corner, pause for a while, exhale again and bring your eyes in the middle. Repeat this process 10 to 12 times. Precautions and benefits are similar to the previous Face yoga poses. 3) THUMB EYE ROTATION YOGA- Very Effective Exercises for your eyes, now I will teach you what you have to do in this exercise. First, sit straight and lift your right hand to the level of your eyes, now raise your thumb. Focus your eyeball on the tip of the thumb. Slowly rotate your hand to the right side keeping focus of your eyeball towards the tip of the thumb. Note that your neck should not be rotated. Your neck should be fixed, only there is the movement of eyes only. Similarly, repeat this process for the left side. Benefits- Beautiful Exercise of the eye and it will improve your eye flexibility. Precaution- if you have a shoulder injury then don't raise your hand. 4) CLOCKWISE AND ANTICLOCKWISE ROTATION- Guys, this is a very amazing eye rotation exercise. Now I am telling you step by step process of how to do this face yoga exercise. First, Close your eyes and prepare yourself. now open it, and direct your eyes toward the center of your eyebrow. Now slowly rotate your eye clockwise and complete one rotation with the eyeball. Similarly, rotate your eyeball anticlockwise. A very effective and good yoga for your eyes. Repeat this process at least 10 to 15 times every day for better results. 5) PALMING OF EYES- I am doing this exercise each and every day. when I wake up and before sleep, I always do this exercise. This exercise we call palming. What you have to do, you have to rub your hand as fast you can. when your palm gets warm put it on your eyes. just place it on it and don't try to massage or rub. place it for a few minutes when again your hand gets cold again rub your hand and place it over your eyes. do it when you are free or when you get free time.
