Vibe Check

The ColourPop Vibe Check 9-Pan Shadow Palette (Plastic) has four shimmer tones and five matte shades in pinks, plums, and neutrals. The eyeshadow formulae in the Target palettes appeared to be slightly different than the brand’s standard recipe. The shimmers were more loosely packed and somewhat dry, making them more prone to fallout during application, and using a firmer, flatter brush and/or fingertip appeared to help them adhere more evenly. The matte tones were less powdery and somewhat thinner than the brand’s regular mattes, but in a neutral sense, as they applied smoothly and blended out without complications overall.
