Though the Air Max 1 retains its classic 80s charm at first glance, Jacquemus’ unique touch brings a fresh twist. The collection features bold color options, including “Mystic Red,” “Summit White,” and a striking “Metallic Silver.” Built on a breathable mesh base, these sneakers are enhanced with suede overlays that gracefully wrap around the mudguard. But that’s where tradition ends. Jacquemus reimagines the AM1 with a clean, minimalist design, replacing the bulky leather sidewalls with a sleeker look.

The iconic Swooshes also get a makeover, shrinking to a miniature chrome version similar to those on Jacquemus’ Air Humara LX and J Force 1 Low collaborations.
