Muse Moment

The ColourPop Muse Moment 9-Pan Shadow Palette (Plastic) is a warm-toned neutral-orange/brown palette with three bursts of green. The eyeshadow formulae in the Target palettes appeared to be slightly different than the brand’s standard formula. The shimmers were more loosely packed and somewhat dry, making them more prone to fallout during application, and using a firmer, flatter brush and/or fingertip appeared to help them adhere more evenly. The matte tones were less powdery and somewhat thinner than the brand’s regular mattes, but in a neutral sense, as they applied smoothly and blended out without complications overall.
