I am looking for a few members of the ATA/TMC* to provide oversight and counsel during the development of a new way of measuring and comparing fuel consumption for the trucking industry.

We will be blending together artificial intelligence, machine learning and world-class telematics using five test trucks operating on a test track traveling 680 miles daily at the same speed with the same load.

Each vehicle is wearing out pavement studies on experimental road building technology for state and federal government agencies.

The new system will be taking the best features from the TMC’s fuel consumption Recommended Practices (RPs) and rationalizing those features with cutting edge technology.
