Check out J. Brown‘s new track “Don’t Rush,” which features Tank. Travis Bruce wrote the song, which was produced by Vincent Bates. J. Brown continues:

“There was no doubt in my mind that I had to do it when Tank called and said he had a record that would be excellent for us to do.” This was the opportunity I had been hoping for to work with my idol. Tank is my ultimate favorite artist, and being in the studio with him again was a dream come true. Don’t Rush resonated to both of us because it’s a beautiful, sensuous song that we believed ladies all around the globe would enjoy hearing from us.”

J. Brown’s upcoming debut album “Chapter & Verse” has this as the first track. It will be released on May 20th under the Mocha Music/SRG-ILS Group label imprint. Brown made his objectives known after joining the SRG/ILS Group earlier this year:

“I want to bring back music that will eventually make people fall in love again.” I want to transport fans to a musical dimension where love is light and enjoyable. “This artist has music that is not just wonderful, but timeless!” I want people to say.
