Afterglow

The NARS Afterglow Cheek Palette is a limited edition six-pan cheek palette with three matte blushes, two shimmery blushes, and one highlighter. They had semi-opaque to opaque coverage, were fairly blendable, and lasted longer, despite being a thinner, slightly drier formula overall.

Breathless

Breathless is a light-medium peach with orange undertones and a metallic sheen. On bare skin, the powder was finely milled, smooth, and blendable, with mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation in a single layer. It lasted about eight hours before fading slightly.

Devotion

Devotion is a matte medium-dark pink with moderate, warm undertones. It was richly pigmented in a single layer, with a soft, lightly powdery but blendable consistency. It wore well for eight hours before noticeably fading.

Savage

Savage is a medium brown with warm undertones and a lustrous sheen. It had an opaque color payoff that was easily picked up with a brush and diffused nicely along the edges. The texture was smooth, firm but not stiff, and easily blended. It lasted about eight hours before starting to fade.

Exhibit A

Exhibit A is a vibrant, deep orange-red with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had a slightly thinner, drier texture, but it covered the entire color spectrum in a single layer–a little went a long way. In practice, the product could have been slightly more blendable. It lasted for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.

Liberte (2022)

Liberte (2022) is a medium-dark coral-orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. The blush was semi-opaque, buildable, and had a soft, lightly powdery texture that darkened and warmed up my skin tone (looked pinker in the pan). After eight hours of wear, this color began to fade.

Flirt

Flirt is a medium-dark plum with warmer undertones and a fine lavender pearl on top. It had a dense pigmentation that applied well to bare skin and easily diffused along the edges. The texture was thinner and more emollient to the touch, and it required a denser brush to pick up product evenly. It lasted about eight hours on me.
