Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

ColourPop Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 15-Pan Shadow Palette is a new, limited edition holiday palette that included eight matte shades and seven shimmers housed in a slim, cardboard palette. The eyeshadows performed consistently with ColourPop’s powder eyeshadow formula, so the majority of the shades were pigmented, blendable, and easy to work with but a few were lightly powdery or had some fallout during application–nothing deal-breaking, though.

North Pole

North Pole is a very light peach with warmer, more orange-leaning undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. The consistency was moderately dense with light glide, which helped the sparkles adhere to bare skin with minimal to no fallout. It had opaque pigmentation that wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Mush Mush

Mush Mush is a light-medium taupe with cooler undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow was richly pigmented with a smooth, velvety consistency that was slightly powdery in the pan but didn’t sheer out too readily over bare skin. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Independent Together

Independent Together is a light-medium pink-leaning coral with a matte finish. It had a moderately powdery consistency, though it still managed to have full color payoff that adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out well–just with light fallout during application and blending. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Eat Eat

Eat Eat is a light brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was more substantial, almost thick, compared to some of the other mattes with some powderiness, so there was light fallout if I wasn’t careful. It had opaque color coverage that wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Lots of Tinsel

Lots of Tinsel is a light-medium, reddish-copper with a metallic sheen. The eyeshadow felt more loosely-pressed, but it wasn’t too powdery nor prone to fallout. It had full color payoff that applied evenly and stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Elf Practice

Elf Practice is a very light green with slightly cooler, bluish undertones and warmer, green-gold shifting pearl. It had a more emollient texture that felt thin, so it tended to apply most evenly with a fingertip rather than a dry brush. It had semi-opaque color coverage that was only buildable with a fingertip or dampened brush. It lasted well for seven and a half hours before fading a bit.

Misfit Toys

Misfit Toys is a pale pink with warmer undertones and iridescent sparkle throughout a metallic finish. The eyeshadow had rich color payoff with a smooth, almost cream-like texture that was dense without being overly thick or too firmly-packed into the pan. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Handsome Nose

Handsome Nose is a bright, medium red with subtle, warm undertones and a metallic sheen. The consistency was like a cream-powder hybrid as it had great glide but didn’t sheer out or get uneven when applied with a dry brush. It had opaque color coverage that stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Snow Bank

Snow Bank is a bright, light golden copper with strong, warm undertones and a metallic finish. The consistency was moderately-dense, lightly emollient and smooth to the touch, which helped it adhere evenly to bare skin and yield opaque color payoff in one layer. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Little Buck

Little Buck is a medium brown with moderate, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque, buildable pigmentation paired with a smooth, velvety texture that was slightly powdery in the pan but not prone to fallout. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Christmasy Time

Christmasy Time is a deep, emerald green with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color payoff paired with a smooth, velvety texture that was minimally powdery, so it had great coverage while blending out well along the edges. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Gadzooks

Gadzooks is a medium-dark taupe-brown with subtle, warm undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had opaque color coverage that adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out well as the eyeshadow had a soft, smooth consistency that wasn’t too powdery. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Up Up and Away

Up Up and Away is a deep brown with subtle, warm undertones and barely-there berry-hued micro-sparkle over a satiny sheen. It had full color payoff paired with a moderately-dense, slightly more emollient consistency that applied evenly to bare skin with a dry brush as it wasn’t too firmly-pressed into the pan. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.

Full Power

Full Power is a deep red with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The texture was soft, smooth, and blendable without being too powdery nor too firmly-pressed into the pan. It had full color payoff that stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly but left a stain behind.

Ready Santa

Ready Santa is a rich, deeper brown with subtle, warm red undertones and a matte finish. It had rich pigmentation with a soft, somewhat powdery texture that had light fallout during application but was blendable. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
