3. Increasing the endurance of the PC muscle
The goal of this exercise is to improve the endurance of the PC muscle so that you can keep it flexed while your body tries to ejaculate. Flex and hold the PC muscle for 20 seconds. Then let go. After 5 seconds, flex again. You can do 10 of these per day at first, but you should increase this to 20 per day. This exercise must be repeated every day.
4. Practice time
You might want to start practicing after about a week of the above two exercises. You might want to start by practicing alone. When you are about to climax while masturbating, flex and hold the PC muscle until the urge to ejaculate has passed. This may require several attempts because flexing too early will prevent you from having an orgasm and flexing too late will prevent you from stopping the ejaculation. The more you practice this, the better you will become at timing.
5. Have some fun!
When you can climax four or more times in a single erection, it's time to try it for real. You should initially inform your partner of your intentions so that they understand why you are taking these pauses during intercourse.
There is no known limit to how many times you should climax during an erection, but after the fifth or sixth time, the urge to ejaculate becomes too strong. Although Kegels or these PC exercises are used for multiple orgasms here, they are also beneficial in other areas of your urinary tract.
