Pizza Hut Is Letting Customers Pay for Pizza With TikTok Dances - 2 minutes read

I never thought I’d see this day, but Pizza Hut in the UAE is letting customers pay for pizza with TikTok videos. This is part of its new ‘Pay With Your Trend’ promotion and applies to its ‘My Box’ deal.

To snag a free pizza, you must first place an order for My Box like you typically would. This can be done online on the Pizza Hut UAE site, app, or in a physical store. Then, you film a TikTok of yourself with My Box. The content can feature any TikTok trend you like. Next, publish your video on TikTok, tag , and add the hashtag #YourTermsYourConditions to the caption. Make sure you’re following the Pizza Hut UAE page and that your account is set to public. The last step is to keep an eye out for your DMs. As soon as Pizza Hut UAE sees your TikTok, they will send you a direct message with a one-time promo code. Enter that code on the website or app, and a free My Box will be sent.

Interestingly, there are no criteria for your TikTok account. The offer is valid regardless of follower count. Influencers with a huge following have had the opportunity to pay for food with content for a while now, but Pizza Hut UAE is now giving everyone these content creator perks. There’s no word on whether this deal is expanding to other regions worldwide.

Ahmed Sabri, Marketing Lead at Pizza Hut Middle East and Pakistan, says, “Social media is quite literally becoming a currency in today’s world. So far, it’s been accessible only to those who have a large following. With this promotion, we’re opening it up for everyone and anyone. No matter who you are, what you do, or how many followers you have, you can use your content to pay for Pizza Hut’s My Box.”

Of course, this isn’t some act of kindness that the multinational food chain is doing. It’s going for free marketing, a trending hashtag, and a bigger following for its TikTok channel. Also, the fact that you’re first required to purchase a My Box with your money to participate in this trend is a catch. Technically, this is more of a buy-one-get-one-free deal than a free meal.
