Smoke ‘n’ Roses
ColourPop Smoke ‘n’ Roses 30-Pan Shadow Palette is the brand’s newest mega-sized palette with an equal amount of shimmers and mattes. The eyeshadows performed consistently with the brand’s past powder eyeshadows; they were pigmented, blendable, and wore around eight hours, but some shades were more powdery than others or required building up or use with a dampened brush/fingertip to get the best application and coverage.
Thorn Apart
Thorn Apart is a pale, yellowy gold with warmer undertones and a frosted finish with larger flecks of shimmer/sparkle. The consistency was somewhat powdery, so it was more prone to fallout but could be pressed into place with a fingertip to minimize it. It had opaque color coverage that lasted well for eight hours before fading was apparent.
Attraction
Attraction is a very light beige with a hint of warmth and a matte finish. The texture was smooth, more velvety and substantial, which yielded opaque pigmentation in a single layer without being overly powdery or prone to sheering out. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
Every Rose
Every Rose is a darker peach with moderate, warm undertones and a metallic finish. It had opaque color payoff paired with a soft, lightly powdery texture that applied evenly and wasn’t overly prone to fallout but a dampened brush would eliminate it altogether. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
Faithfully
Faithfully is a light pink with a cooler pink base and contrasting, warmer gold shimmer throughout. The texture was moderately powdery and more loosely-pressed, so take care in picking up to avoid fallout. It had mostly opaque, buildable color coverage that lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
1 Luv
1 Luv is a light, yellowy peach with warmer undertones and a metallic sheen. It had nearly opaque, buildable color payoff that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out with ease. On Call
On Call is a pale, yellowy peach base with flecks of pink and gold sparkle throughout.
