#GuyanaCaretakerGovernment: 

The CCJ or The Caribbean Court Of Justice to which Guyana is a signatory has declared, that the current David Granger government holds Caretaker Status. 

And which the Granger administration has acknowledged.

This position will be held until a date is set for The National Election. When that date will be set for is anybody's guess.

However, until that time comes, this government can hold on to power INDEFINITELY.
