1. Stand with your feet directly under your hips.

2. Lower into a squat and place your hands on the floor under your shoulders.

3. Hop your legs back to a pushup position.

4. Do 1 pushup before jumping your feet forward.

5. Extend your arms overhead and jump up explosively.

6. As soon as you land, lower back down into a squat.

7. Do not skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast will not help you lose weight.

8. Eat regular meals.

9. Eat plenty of fruit and veg.

10. Get more active.

11. Drink plenty of water

12. Eat high fibre foods.

13. Read food labels.

14. Use a smaller plate.
