ColourPop Smooth Sailing Glossy Lip Stain Set - 2 minutes read

Smooth Sailing

A brand-new, limited-edition set of four glossy lip tints is available from ColourPop called Smooth Sailing. All four colors applied reasonably nicely and provided more medium, buildable coverage, as promised by the marketing. However, some of the colors were more likely to settle into the lines on my lips, albeit not to the point where it was obvious from a regular distance.

Seven Seaways

Seven Seaways has a cream finish and is a light-medium peach with somewhat warm undertones and sparkles of micro-sparkle.

Medium, buildable coverage (as marketed)
Lightweight, thin, almost watery but easy to work with
Applied evenly, could have been a bit more forgiving of texture
Long-wearing (6 hours), lightly hydrating

Smiling Faces

Medium, buildable coverage (as marketed)
Lightweight, thin, almost watery but easy to work with
Applied evenly, could have been a bit more forgiving of texture
Long-wearing (6 hours), lightly hydrating

Sing Along

Sing Along has a smooth, cream-like feel and a brilliant, fuchsia pink hue with colder, blue undertones.

Lightweight, thin, almost watery but easy to work with

Clock Tower

Clock Tower has chilly undertones and a smooth, cream-like finish.
