Many people share the concern of ugly body shape even if they managed to lose weight. This is because their body is not toned enough and they do not do their exercises properly when they are losing weight. In this article, I'm going to show you what you can do to tone up your body and make you more confident when you are wearing a bikini at a beach.
Firstly, stretching. Stretching is the most important element to tone up your body. When you lose weight, your skin will be flabby, therefore stretching will help to ensure that your skin tighten up. Make sure that you do a full body stretching everyday for at least 30 minutes. If you do not like pure stretching, you can consider taking up yoga because yoga is a form of stretching too.
Secondly, is building muscle. Many people neglected the fact that they need to build muscle when they are losing weight so that they will look better. Even though you are a woman, you need to build some muscles too. Make it a routine, at least 3 times a week to do some light weight lifting. Do exercise that will use up the most muscle in your body such as squatting.
