Fresh off an incredible run with Skrillex and Four Tet that included a takeover of Madison Square Garden, Fred again.. has given one of his latest album’s fan-favorite tracks a new twist with fresh voices and a new beat.

The club remix of “Berwyn (all I got is you)” from Actual Life 3 is now called “Mike (desert island duvet),” and features a verse from The Streets’ Mike Skinner alongside original vocalist Dermot Kennedy. The collaboration was sparked by a burgeoning friendship between Fred and Mike, which began when he guested as a vocalist during Fred’s packed set at All Points East in the summer of 2022. The resulting collaboration is a nostalgic take on the original track that feels perfectly in step with the times.
