NARS Rising Star Cheek Palette - 2 minutes read
Rising Star
The NARS Rising Star Cheek Palette is a new limited edition blush palette that includes five extra satin-finish hues and one sparkly tint. I wasn’t entirely persuaded this was a gel-powder hybrid product because they seemed more powdered and had less of a “melted” feel on my skin, although having some of the firmness I’d anticipate.
