R3HAB returns with another dance floor smash, this time reimagining Ginuwine’s 1996 breakthrough single “My Pony.” R3HAB’s rendition of “My Pony” is a more somber version of the boastful classic, built around the vocal hook of the original. Regardless of the song’s more muted lyrics, you’ll be dancing late into the night.

The tune starts off with soft pads and airy synthesizers. The words in this rendition are far more appropriate for a dance music. The soft pads give way to thundering bass and increased speed after the start. The classic refrain follows, with the bass and synthesizers building in the background. With a low droning horn synth, the drop is funky but also a touch lonely. For one more time, everything repeats itself.
