The ColourPop On the List 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette is a new, Ultra-exclusive palette with seven matte and five shimmer tones in a deeper, earthy color story. The matte hues were pigmented, blendable, and a bit powdery, whereas the shimmers (with the exception of one) were pigmented, blendable, and picked up beautifully with a dry brush.
