Sophie Turner reminisces on her idyllic honeymoon with husband Joe Jonas

They recently enjoyed very lavish honeymoon in the Maldives before jetting to Italy. 

And Sophie Turner seemed to be aching to be back on the romantic trip, as she shared snippets from their getaway on her Instagram page on Thursday.

The Game Of Thrones star, 23, admitted that she was missing excessively drinking daiquiris all day, as well as reading books and playing tennis on their getaway.  

Sophie shared a snap of her love walking across a wooden rope bridge, which Joe had previously joked was a bit of a struggle following a few drinks.

She also offered a glimpse at the breathtaking ocean view as she stood on the sandy shoes next to her beau, who was pulling a very excitable expression.

A further boomerang-style video showed bikini-clad Sophie flaunting her incredible physique as she indulged in a game of tennis with Joe.  

She captioned the series of snaps: 'Days spent drinking watermelon daiquiris excessively, reading books, playing tennis and riding bikes. And best of all.... #nonewsnoshoes #dicoversoneva'.

Joe also appeared to be reminiscing on the trip as he shared a sweet snap of his new wife enjoying a candlelit dinner on the beach during their honeymoon.

He penned alongside the image: 'What an epic trip! The bridge after a few �� isn’t easy.. I can’t wait to go back. #discoversoneva.' 

According to the Soneva Fushi'swebsite, the couple's $28,101 a night private reserve features nine bedrooms and can fit 20 people.  

The 60,000 square feet property even sports a gym, children's room, spa, sauna and a private pool attached to the master bedroom.   

The cheapest room to rent on the island is a one-bedroom villa suite with a pool for $2,000 a night - before taxes and fees. 

Sophie and Joe said their second 'I do's' at lavish Château du Martinet in the South of France in a sunset ceremony. 

The wedding marks their first official ceremony after getting married in Las Vegas after the Billboard Music Awards in May. 

Sophie and Joe have been together since late 2016; the pair met through mutual friends and kicked things off by DMing each other. They got engaged in 2017, a year after their first date.

Sophie later told Harper's Bazaar: 'We had a lot of mutual friends and they'd been trying to introduce us for a long time.   

'We were following each other on Instagram and he direct messaged me one fine day, out of the blue.'

Rumours that they were an item first swirled when they were seen cosying up at the MTV EMAs in November 2016, pictured on several occasions afterwards at various other events.
