Detoxing is one of those health trends that never really goes away, and for good reason. The detoxification process is known to improve general health and assist with weight loss, and all it takes to get started is a little know-how and a few serves of nature's sweetener: fruit!
1. Lemon

Loved by pie fanatics across the globe, apples are full of health benefits, but only before they've been introduced to the oven. Plus, when you're in the mood for a little more variety, apples will fit in nicely alongside most other fruits in a salad. Even if berries alone don't get you excited, they can be easily incorporated into smoothies, added to breakfast bowls, or, for the maximum detox benefit, crushed up in water. Check which is in season to avoid a bitter bite, or consider frozen berries for smoothies.
