All That Glitters
The NARS All That Glitters Light Reflecting Cheek Palette is a new, limited edition cheek palette with six hues that have varied amounts of shimmer but all have some sheen to them. The blush had a gel-powder mix, so it felt stiff to the touch but took up effectively with a reasonably dense brush and had a “melted” effect on skin, giving it a more seamless look. All six hues felt and applied similarly, and the palette’s major “con” was that it was more pigmented than advertised, although the stiffness of the powder allows for easy control of the pickup if you want a sheerer application.
