This pose is made up of the combination of two words Boat and Pose, which is why it is called Boat Pose.
In contrast, Halasana is also a medium-level Yoga Pose. This pose is known as Plow Pose in English.
Halasana is made up of two words Plough and Pose, for this reason, it is known as Plow Pose.
PROCEDURE OF NAUKASANA –
To do Naukasana , first of all, you have to sit on a mat on the ground.
Now you have to raise your legs above 45 degrees. Your feet should be raised to a height of 2 feet from the ground.
Now to support your legs, you have to stretch your hands forward.
Your hands should be touching your knee.
You have to balance your body with the coordination of your Hips, Legs, and Hands.
You have to inhale and exhale continuously. In the final position, you will look like a boat.
PROCEDURE OF HALASANA –
To do Halasana, you have to lie on your back on the floor. Now you have to touch your hands from side to hip.
Now you have to press your palms on the ground and lift your legs at 90 degrees.
Remain in this position for some time and then slowly take your legs behind the head.
Now you have to touch your Toe to the ground. In the final position, you will look like a Plow.
While doing this pose, you have to keep breathing continuously.
