Shell Shocked

ColourPop Shell Shocked 9-Pan Shadow Palette (Plastic) is a new, limited edition nine-pan palette including powder and cream-to-powder eyeshadows. Two hues were supposed to be sheer, while the remaining colours were mostly semi-opaque. The mattes were a touch more powdery than expected, which was below the brand’s typical level. Three of the shimmers were more tightly packed and difficult to pick up with a brush.

It’s OK

It’s OK has a clear foundation with iridescent blue shimmer throughout. According to the brand’s description, it was meant to be sheer.

Got a Tan has a semi-matte texture and is a bright, cotton candy hue with strong, chilly blue undertones.

Knee Deep

Knee Deep features a clear base with purple and pink shimmer as well as a slight glitter. According to the brand’s description, it was meant to be sheer.

Beach Season

Beach Season is a medium-dark bluish-aqua with a changing green-gold shimmer sheen.

Golden Era

Golden Era is a medium violet with warm pink undertones and a gleaming gloss. It wasn’t as emollient or as simple to work with as previous Super Shock Shadows, though.

Doin GR8

Doin GR8 is a deeper purple with colder undertones and a glittering, metallic sheen with contrasting, cooler gold pearl.

Pacific Standard

Pacific Standard is a semi-matte aqua with a subtle blue undertone.

Cocktail Hour has a matte texture and is a light-medium taupe-brown with subtle, warm olive undertones.
