“Waiting For Love” joins “Wake Me Up” and “The Nights” as Avicii‘s third tune to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify. “Waiting For Love” was released as the debut single from Avicii’s second studio album, Stories, on May 22, 2015. In February 2020, Avicii’s song “Wake Me Up” became the first to reach one billion streams, followed by “The Nights” in March 2022. This would make “Waiting For Love” his second single to reach the billion mark this year.
