#SyriaAndTurkeyBorder Accord2019: 

As agreed at the summit organized by Vladimir Putin in Sochi. The following have been agreed by Syria and Turkey.

A 400 kilometer Safe Zone will be established after the YPG fighters finally leave, which will be monitored by Russian Police personnel.

After which a Tripartite military division of monitors, will be placed there permanently, consisting of Syria, Russian, and Turkish forces.

This is my take on this dispute.
