A Japanese male who was seemingly a girl, wanted to become a male. So she changed her gender.

Then realized sometime afterwards that being male did not feel right. So he wanted to change that too.

To what gender would it be this time? 

He took male hormone injections at 16 years of age to be a boy.

At 18 years of age he sought to remove his breasts, uterus, and ovaries.  

At 19, he is now officially registered as a male. But feels Gender Neutral.
