Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, adds fuel to the proverbial fire. He says there is no point working with Ripple, the company behind crypto XRP. Hoskinson is no longer willing to work with a company that “offers no technical or partnership value.”

Opinion on Ripple lawsuit

Hoskinson previously spoke out about the lawsuit between the SEC and Ripple, which was not appreciated by the XRP community. In his own words, he has to endure many verbal attacks digitally.

According to Hoskinson, the attacks stemmed from his position on the lawsuit, in which he is accused of colluding with the SEC, the US regulator.

December 15 deadline not met

Hoskinson said people involved in the lawsuit told him the lawsuit would be concluded on Dec. 15. This deadline was not met and now he is being attacked by the XRP community, who are accusing him of being a liar. And that while he says he is on Ripple's side.

Lying and trolling

Furthermore, he says that over the years it has become challenging to interact with the XRP community, which is why he doesn't want to talk about Ripple publicly anymore.

“I was accused of lying, and I was accused of causing another flood of trolls. I don't know how to interact with the XRP community, I think historically my statements have been very measured and supportive."

“So as we move forward, I am not going to answer questions about XRP under any circumstances. I'm not going to name the project; I'm not going to talk at all about what's going on after the XRP case is resolved. I'm not even going to discuss that if asked in the future; I'm just going to say no comment.'

XRPs are toxic and Ripple technically offers no value

At the same time, Hoskinson pointed out that the conspiracy theories associated with his involvement in the case are meaningless. Namely, he was attacked for a long time after he said that the lawsuit was ongoing due to a lack of clear regulation in the crypto sector.

After making some comments about the problem he had with the XRP community and the project itself, Hoskinson was called out for being a coward. He also said such things about Bitcoin developers before

Hoskinson defended himself, saying that there is no point in allowing toxicity into your life and that it is offensive and pointless. He also added that XRP offers "no partnership or technical value" and called the community toxic and childish.

The reactions under this Twitter post caused a wave of reactions from XRPers. The general tendency is that XRPers are fed up with Hoskinson and will sell their ADA because they don't want to support Cardano anymore.
