A toned and fit body is on everybody's wish list but stress and inadequate time makes it hard for us to devote time for exercises. Stress and inadequate time also makes us forget about regular food and stuff our stomachs with junks which don’t do anything good for our bodies. The combination of Junk food and No exercise leads to unhealthy weight gain or Obesity. And no one wants to get to that stage right?


We all want to lose a few pounds and look great, especially through those summer months. Luckily, it is possible to change your lifestyle and lose weight properly if you are willing to. 


Reduce Carb Intake.


Weight loss experts and diet plan authors all agree that much of our excess weight comes from the carbohydrates we eat, especially the highly refined or processed ones such as potatoes, baked goods, bread, pasta etc. You don't necessarily need to stop eating foods that contains carbs. Eat 3 meals per day but limit your consumption of foods with a lot of carbohydrates and you're good to go. Make sure your meal contains all the 6 classes of food.

Next time you order pizza for yourself ask for half the cheese. You'll barely notice any taste loss. But you get to lose tons of calories and a whole lot of grams of saturated fats. Cool right?



Sweat up a Storm.


Most of us sit in a spot for hours while playing games or pressing our phones. You have to become more active in order to lose weight. Drop that phone/Console, Drop it. Take a 20 min walk or jog. Run.

Remember the workout routine you created? Yeah, get down and do those squats and planks. That excess fat ain't going to burn itself baby.

You don't need to go to the gym before you can work out. Download fitness apps, watch YouTube videos, Make a convenient routine and turn that fat into fit.


Stay Hydrated.


Our bodies need a lot of water. Water removes waste from our organs and carries various nutrients into all our organs and cells. Your body loses water by utilizing it in various ways so you need to replace the used water with water.

Start your day with a glass of water in the morning. Drink a glass of water before any meal. Take a bottle of water with you when you go to work. Your body needs approximately 3-5 liters of water during one day. So don’t hesitate to drink plenty of water wherever and whenever you can.


Eat Fruits and Drink Fruit Juices


Eating fruits and juices helps you eliminate toxins from your body. Fruits serves as roughages so eating a variety of fruits will also helps in digesting your food.
