Amazon Prime Day is off and running, but that doesn't mean it's the only place to shop if you're looking for a bargain. Not only has early access begun for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, but loads of other popular retailers are running special promotions and offering ways to save right now.

They often refer to this rush of sales as "Black Friday in July" in an effort to compete with and stand out from Amazon, and while the name hasn't really stuck yet, the sales are definitely worth checking out, whether you're taking a break from shopping on Amazon or are looking for something more specific.

Been getting sucked into all the Prime Day 2019 hullabaloo but still want to know about all the other great deals happening online? We've been keeping a close eye on the ones that are really worth it this year. Here are the best Black Friday in July sales to check out now.

All-Clad is running a 'packaging damage' sale with impressive prices that aren't as good as their VIP sale, but still worth checking out.

Right now Anthropologie is having a Bedroom Refresh Event, where you can get 25% off bedding, rugs, curtains and more. For today only, you can also get free shipping on all orders, and you'll see the discount in your cart. 

ASOS is running an outlet sale with up to 70% off over 600 different styles for both men and women. 

Need a new TV? The Samsung Q6FN 49" TV is on sale for $699.95 (which means you're saving $400). If smart tech is more your thing, you'll love that you can get a Google Home smart speaker for $69 and save $30 compared to the original price, or you can opt for an Apple HomePod (White) for $279 and save $20.

The best thing about shopping at Bed, Bath & Beyond is that their paper coupons never expire. So when there's a sale, like the Beyond Big Savings event, you can get awesome discounts on a ton of awesome products like Instant Pots, KitchenAid stand mixers, and more. 

Looking for a new set of speakers? You can get the Sonos One in white for $152.99 on Best Buy. Or check out this impressive Samsung Soundbar (on sale for $299) that's $100 less than usual and one of our favorites.

Stock up on the cutest wedges of the summer during DSW's Prime Time sale, where you can get up to 20% off using the promo code "YAYSUMMER." Prime Day might be Amazon's big thing, but right now at J.Crew, you can shop the retailer's own version of the event, with prices starting as low as $4.50. This sale lasts for the next 48 hours (like Prime Day itself), so get saving while you can.

Shop sale items at J.Jill and you can get an extra 40% off them in-stores or online. Yippee!

When we think of Black Friday sales in July, obviously our fashion-loving minds immediately leap to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This mega-event happens every July and each year it just gets bigger and better. Early access to the sale started on July 11 for Nordy Club Icons and Ambassadors and opened up to regular card holders on July 12. For the rest of us, it opens to the general public on July 19 a 12:30 p.m. EST. Unsure what to narrow in on when the sale finally goes public?
