The Urban Decay Naked Metal Mania Eyeshadow Palette is a new, limited edition 12-pan palette featuring a combination of shimmers and mattes in predominantly neutral tones with a burst of purple and silver. The quality was superior to that of Urban Decay’s eyeshadow formulations (especially the shimmers).
