Kim Kardashian, the reality TV star and business entrepreneur, just purchased Cindy Crawford’s Malibu house for a whopping $70.4 million. The transaction was completed in an off-market transaction last week, and with this latest addition, the Kardashian-Jenner family member has been rather active in the real estate sector. She offered two houses for sale a few weeks ago: a $5.3 million Hidden Hills home and a $3.5 million Calabasas apartment. The Vincent Duysen-designed condo was formerly used as an office for her shapewear brand, Skims, and was featured on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
The Malibu mansion, which was previously owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford, is located in the prestigious Encinal Bluffs neighborhood and is 7,450 square feet. The Mediterranean-style home is on 3.12 acres of property and offers exclusive access to the white sandy El Sol Beach. Despite being a two-story structure, its floor layout allows for many wraparound decks and patios for outdoor relaxation. Other features on the property include a tennis court, poolside cabana, fireplace, fire pit, and spa area, all of which overlook the gorgeous Pacific Ocean.

Kim Kardashian’s new home has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Large sliding glass doors are installed to provide easy access to the magnificent outdoors, which helps to open up the room and enable sunshine to enter. The magnificent master bedroom not only has its own fireplace and sitting area, but it also has two spa-like bathrooms and a walk-in closet where the businesswoman can exhibit her expensive apparel and limited-edition bags. Kim Kardashian will appreciate working out in a vaulted ceiling gym.

Coldwell Banker’s Jade Mills advertised the home for an original price of US$99 million. Even though the final price was $70.4 million, it was the most expensive property sold in Malibu this year and the fourth most expensive in California. Kim Kardashian will now live next door to Lady Gaga, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Cher.
