Wimbledon 2019 LIVE: Federer vs Djokovic final latest score and results
The men’s singles final sees a heavyweight contest on Centre Court at Wimbledon 2019 with Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer meeting once again.
The world No 1 dispatched Roberto Bautista Agut in the semi-finals, with the Spaniard putting up a valient effort before the Serb triumphed in four sets.
While Federer rolled back the years against his old foe Rafael Nadal, again in four sets, with a gruelling match that saw the Swiss maestro reach his 12th final at SW19.

“I think the moment you’ve played somebody probably more than 15 times, especially in recent years also a few times, there’s not that much more left out there,” Federer said ahead of the final.
While Djokovic knows the key to victory for him may be to slow down Federer. “He loves to play very fast,” Djokovic said of his rival ahead of the final. “Takes away the time from his opponent. Just doesn’t give you any same looks.
“He just rushes you to everything. So for players maybe like Nadal or myself that like to have a little more time, it’s a constant pressure that you have to deal with. I’ve played with Roger in some epic finals here a couple years in a row, so I know what to expect.
“I’m going to do my best to control that in some way and be able to portray my best tennis in a balanced, hopefully, state throughout the match.”
