The Old or Traditional wealthy families, never engage in exorbitant spending, or un-necessary expenditure. Because they know the true value of wealth management.

The newly Rich and wealthy from poor backgrounds does not have this history. 

So most spend like crazy. And eventually lose it all, or end up poor once more.

And this also applies to countries too!
