The skinny skyscraper was designed by Uruguayan architect Rafeal Vinoly with interiors by New York-based design firm, Deborah Berke Partners, and it was a great accomplishment in contemporary design. Since its beginnings six years ago, the luxury estate enticed deep-pocketed buyers such as Jennifer Lopez. The 96th-floor unit is currently owned by billionaire Saudi real estate developer Fawaz Alhokair, who made the decision to sell his luxury home for a nine-figure price.

Spread across 8,300 square feet, the 96th-floor residence was designed by Los Angeles-based Andrew Cohen and comes with six bedrooms, seven full baths, a private elevator landing, a library, and a 93-foot-long great room which offers 360-degree views of Manhattan (including Central Park). White oak floors and designer furniture by luxury furniture brands Fendi, Bentley and Hermès are just the cherry on top of the cake.
