Since the takeover of Twitter, Elon Musk has been active on the platform. On November 2, the billionaire, who has changed his name to the "Twitter Complaint Hotline Operator," responded to a question about his favorite cryptocurrency, "Dogecoin."
A Twitterer named "Stonks Reddit Trading" then asked Musk if he had already worked on a Dogecoin payment solution for the platform. Musk responded with an eyes emoji suggesting he's either already working on it, or will be watching it.

Another twitterer named CroissantEth also thinks the billionaire will slowly but surely implement crypto on Twitter. According to him, Musk wants to create a blockchain system for social media that delivers payments as well as short text messages.
Earlier this year, documents were published of a chat between Musk and Sam Bankman-Fried about the possible roadmap for Twitter. In this chat, the gentlemen also talked about Dogecoin. Musk said:
My Plan B is a blockchain-based version of Twitter, where the “tweets” are embedded as comments in the transaction. So you might have to pay 0.1 Doge per response.
Musk is also looking at the possibilities of a “Super App” called X. The app offers various services. It offers, among other things, decentralized social media, micropayments, gaming, food delivery, ride-sharing and shopping. The app is similar to WeChat from China, which includes multiple features.
