ColourPop Dreams Come True 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette is a new limited edition palette containing six matte and six shimmer tones in predominantly warm-toned neutrals with a flash of red and blue. The pigmentation, blendability, and ease of use were all consistent with ColourPop’s formulas: the shimmers were pigmented, blendable, and simple to apply, while the mattes were pigmented, lightly powdered, and blendable.
