Feelin’ Toasty

The ColourPop Feelin’ Toasty 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette is a new permanent palette for Target with a warm-toned color story (it leans peach/orange). Three of the shimmers were disappointing since they were loosely packed and prone to fallout, but the mattes were pigmented, lightly powdered, and blendable.
