The lady store manager I believe her name is ****** at the ************** location is the rudest person I have ever come across. I dont remember her name, but shes a heavy set African American woman. I have been to the store multiple times to try and get a PS5. I was turned away by her and within 20-30mins I see someone else leave out with one. When I came back and asked how is that possible? Her response was in a very rude way, was she is the only one working there, which was a lie And so when she went to open up the shipment boxes there was a Ps5 there and a customer got it. I work at the mall so I have seen people leave out of there with PS5s after I have try to get 1. Everytime cant be a coincidence I had bad timing. Another time the manager who was helping out from ********* told me they were out for the day and for me to come first thing in the morning at 11am when they open. I came the next day and she rolled her eyes at me and said they dont have any. All I did was politely say, Maam every time I come you tell me no we dont have any and within 30mins another customer leaves out with one. Just yesterday the ********* manager said the shipment is in and for me to be here first thing in the morning, which is why Im here right now! She obviously got offended because she slammed her hand on the counter and raised her voice at me. I cant remember her exact words but she still told me they dont have none and for me to check back in a couple hours! I just laughed and told her she has the worse customer service skills I have ever seen. She raised her voice and said have a great day She changes the rules all the time for how someone can or cannot get a PS5. Just a day ago she changed the rules again and said only 1 pS5 per week and 1 per household. I would totally understand and accept that, but I clearly saw a ***** of ********* who work in front of the Amazon store get 2 each. Some of them even more. It were others in the mall who ended up getting more as well. She picks and chooses how she wants to distribute the PS5s based on how she feels that day. She is very ***** and in my opinion shouldnt be a manager at any store. I have heard multiple say how rude or mean she is. I asked the masseuses who are scalpers by the way how are they getting so many PS5s when Im just trying to get one for me and my cuzin? His response was I need to try and offer her money Im not saying they have given her money, but it to makes sense to how these guys are able to get PS5s with no problem. She also, had the audacity to tell my coworkers that I was rude and yelled at her. Which is a bold lie to tell on someone. Shes very unprofessional and a liar. Amazon should really look more into who they put in charge and represent their brand. Corporate needs to talk to her or she needs to be removed from this store.
