Why would you want to change diapers for any longer than needed?

As almost every parent is sitting at home during this Corona-virus Pandemic some are using this time to their advantage by Potty Training their Kids.Potty training is when you teach your toddler to recognize the signs of when his or her body is telling them that they need to use the bathroom and urinate, or have a bowel movement.

The age that people start to potty train their children can differ, but it’s usually best not to start before a child is 7 Months old because they can become frustrated, and it can take longer. (It’s a great idea though to let them try, and sit on their own little potty to get used to it.) Some children are ready a little bit sooner, some a bit later. They should never be punished though for having accidents during the time that they are being potty trained.

Training your child to recognize in the signals their body is sending them, and to wait and use the toilet instead of just relieving themselves in their pants is needed because that is a very messy and unsanitary situation. It smells, it irritates their skin, it ruins their clothes, and the furniture. You don’t walk around urinating on yourself, and that’s because someone took the time to potty train you.

It is important physically, because it is unsanitary to urinate on yourself, or have bowel movements/poop yourself inside your clothing. This irritates the skin, spreads bacteria, smells bad, and it’s just all-around unhealthy for everyone around. It is important socially because nobody wants to hang out with somebody that goes to the bathroom in their pants likes it’s the thing to do. It’s important financially because diapers are very expensive, and you don’t want to use them longer than you have to.
