Galaxy Note 10 Renders Confirm Three Rear Cameras, Ugly Front Camera

Over these past few days, leaks for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 have picked up in pace. Several sources believe that the Korean tech giant will launch a Note 10 lineup this year, as it hopes to attract more users into its fold. An earlier leak allegedly showing the Galaxy Note 10 Plus confirmed information that surfaced before it, and now we’ve got some official Galaxy Note 10 renders courtesy of the good folks over at Winfuture. One feature that’s seemingly set in stone for the Galaxy Note 10 lineup is a triple-rear camera setup. Samsung will add a new sensor to the standard Note 10 variant, while a special 5G version of the phablet will get a Time of Flight (ToF) camera sensor on its back. The Note 10 lineup will differ starkly in design over its predecessor too. Samsung will use its new laser-drilled OLED displays on the upcoming phablets, with the devices’ front camera sensor placed in the center.

Today’s renders from Winfuture’s Roland Quandt confirm both these design changes. They show the Galaxy Note 10 in Silver and Black, with the Silver variant having a gradient finish at the back. Samsung decided to change the Note 10’s rear camera orientation will set the phablet apart distinctively from its predecessor and mark the first major design shift in the lineup’s recent history.

In addition to visual leaks for the phablet0, we’ve also witnessed performance-related information come to light. It’s expected that the Note 10 Plus will have a 4500mAh battery, which will be larger than its predecessor’s. Additionally, the phablet is also rumored to feature UFS 3.0 storage for faster speeds. However, the real-world impact of this upgrade will be visible only after the gadget is launched and thoroughly tested.

Samsung’s recent teaser for the Galaxy Note 10 hints at a productivity upgrade for the device but fails to hint at the nature of the change.
