Despite their power and seemingly intuitive interface, it can be hard for new users to really put AI’s capabilities to work. Companies need to invest in both prompting and fine tuning. The authors suggest a framework for doing so: building an internal library based on their prompt-query alignment model (PQAM). This framework provides a structured approach to crafting prompts and fine-tuning AI models to enhance productivity, quality, and human upskilling. PQAM consists of three key components: a prompt library, prompt customization, and a feedback loop.
