No. 1 Archbishop Mitty advanced in the CIF Open Division and will take on Clovis West, led by Boston College signee Athena Tomlinson, on March 5.

No. 3 Etiwanda and No. 4 Sierra Canyon will match up again in the CIF Open Division bracket on March 5. Sierra Canyon defeated Ontario Christian in a 76-69 thriller on March 2. No. 1 recruit in the class of 2026 Jerzy Robinson had 29 points, and super-freshman Kaleena Smith scored 35 points for Ontario Christian, including eight 3-pointers.

No. 5 Grayson will take on North Paulding for the GHSA 7A championship on March 9. 2024 Georgia Tech signee Danielle Carnegie headlines for Grayson.

No. 9 Hebron Christian will take on Wesleyan (Georgia Tech signee Chit-Chat Wright and Texas signee Bryanna Preston) in GHSA 3A Championship on March 8. 2025 stock-riser Aubrey Beckham leads the way for Hebron Christian.

No. 10 Duncanville won the UIL 6A title by defeating South Grand Prairie 59-41. Unsigned Senior Mariah Clayton led DVille with 19 points and 9 rebounds. She is being heavily recruited by Middle Tennessee, Stephen F. Austin, Wichita State, Old Dominion, Delaware, Saint Mary's (CA), and North Texas. South Grand Prairie junior Taylor Barnes had a standout weekend.

No. 19 Johnston won the IGHSAU 5A championship over Dowling Catholic, 48-36. 2026 No. 24 Jenica Lewis scored 20 points and was named MVP.

St. John's College Prep (Washington, D.C.) is back in the top 25 after a week that saw a win over Bishop McNamara for the WCAC championship before a victory over Sidwell Friends for the DCSAA 2A championship. Maryland signee Kyndal Walker is the catalyst for SJC and had 18 points in the final.

No. 25 Thomas Dale advances to the VHSL 6A state championship on March 9.

Marist (GA) sophomore Kate Harpring scored 47 points in the GHSA 6A semifinal. They will face North Forsyth for the championship on March 8.

2027 Haylen Ayers led her University School of Jackson (Tenn.) to the state championship with a triple-overtime effort of 30 points and 16 rebounds.

Nebraska signee and 2024 No. 29 Britt Prince led her Elkhorn North (Neb.) program to a four-peat championship in their classification.

2026 riser Jacy Abii and her Frisco Liberty (Texas) team have now won back-to-back UIL 5A state championships. Abii was named MVP and scored 30 points and had 12 rebounds in the final.
