Colegio de San Juan de Letran dethrones San Beda University with an 81 - 79 victory in Game 3 of the NCAA Season 95 Men's Basketball Finals.

An Ato Ular three-point play followed by a Jerrick Balanza triple give Letran a six-point advantage, 79 - 73, 1:29 left in game.  

San Beda is on a 10 - 0 and are now just down three, 66 - 69, 6:09 left in the fourth quarter.

Letran ends the third period with a double-digit spread over San Beda, 69 - 59.  

Letran lost an 11-point lead, but managed to come back and the Knights now lead San Beda, 44 - 38, at halftime. 

The Lions go on an 11 - 0 run to tie the game at 37 - all. 

Letran takes a 37 - 26 lead, their first double-digit advantage against San Beda in the series.

Letran trailed early on, but went on a 17 - 7 run to take a 26 - 24 lead over San Beda after the first quarter.
