Promoting Paralympians - Timo Boll Shows His Support in Exhibition - Butterfly Table Tennis - 1 minute read

Timo Boll’s VLOG this week focused on his support of Germany’s Paralympic Players as they work to prepare for the Tokyo Paralympics later this year. As a part of the video, he practices with Valentin Baus and Thomas Schmidberger, two of Germany’s top wheelchair players. Boll, one of the World’s best able-bodied players learned some of the proper positions and techniques and then was summarily beaten by both players.
The USA’s Paralympians are also working hard to prepare for Tokyo. Butterfly has recently conducted interviews with Tahl Leibovitz and Jenson Van Emburgh. As you can see from Jenson Van Emburgh’s Butterfly Player Page, he has been the top ranked wheelchair player under 23 years old in his class.
