乒乓进行时 Chinese Language Interview  – with English Subtitles.

The PongNow interview series discusses table tennis with some of the best players and personalities in the sport.

The guest this week is Liu Juan, a top U.S. female player, current Olympic team representative for the Tokyo Olympics.  She talked about her training experiences as a professional player in China, especially what life was like being on the Chinese national team. She also talked about her experiences playing table tennis in the U.S.  She also shared tips about how to improve returning serves and how everyone should adjust our mentality.

东京奥运会女子代表，全美排名第一的刘娟讲述了她在中国做职业运动员的经历，尤其是在国家队的生活日常。她还谈了在美国打球的感受。她分享了如何提高接发球，以及大家平时应该怎样调整心态。
