With three locations in the greater New York City area, the Wang Chen Table Tennis Club is strategically placed to serve the largest metropolitan area in the United States. The locations are in Manhattan in New York as well as Westwood and Newport in New Jersey. The Newport location is on the New Jersey side of the Holland Tunnel, the Manhattan location is on the Upper West Side at 100th Street near Broadway, and the Westwood location is just off of Old Hook Road in the Northeast corner of New Jersey near the New York border.
Wang Chen Table Tennis Club is owned by Olympian Wang Chen. Born in Shanghai, China, Wang moved to the United States in 2000. The first of her clubs was opened in 2004 on New York’s West Side. In 2008 at the Summer Olympics, Wang became the first American to reach the quarterfinals in table tennis.
