Timo Boll released this video today outlining what he carries with him daily.  We take a close look, and add some emphasis to help you find some of the items that Germany’s top player finds important.

PERSONAL ITEMS:  Timo reveals that he doesn’t eat full meals in the three or four hours leading up to a game.  He does eat fruit bars and prefers to drink water.  He has an electromassage device called a Physiokey which he uses when he is sore, and exercise bands (which also assist in warm-up and stretching), his camera, and he even shares that he travels with a portable/travel bidet bottle (hey, he plays all over the world).

RACKET AND RACKET CARE: Timo Boll plays with the Timo Boll ALC ST blade, and Dignics 09C .  He also travels with scissors, spare rubber sheets, side tape (he uses the 12mm wider tape for protection of the rubber as well), and adhesive.
